When ideologies become form, Galerie Xanadu, Marseille

The exhibition When ideologies become form took place in the Xanadu gallery space at Iméra, from April 18 to 25, 2023, on the occasion of the Fragments d’Utopies workshop, during which I also gave a conference. It presents a comparison of the aesthetic and political forms of the network, between utopias and dystopias. Through some of my works, the aim is to see how these questions are articulated with the visual history of ideologies, which can also be grouped under the generic expression of “Propaganda through images”.
Curator: Chrystelle Desbordes, Assistant: Alexander Ferreira.

Works presented: Transincarnations (2023), The Dadameter (2008), The Google Adwords Happening (2002), Fascinum (2001), Post-network neo topologies (2013-2023), Bursts (2023), Tetris Cinema 1 (2020), The Breath of History, 1929-1979-2029 (2015-2020)
